Refund Terms
The company automatically hedges trades based on calculated exposure. Any trade executed outside these parameters may be canceled at the company’s discretion, regardless of position or type. Arbitrage and scalping strategies are strictly prohibited and will be treated as unauthorized activity.
Refund Example:
Clients are entitled to a full refund of unused funds. Losses incurred through trading are non-refundable, and the company bears no responsibility for such losses. To request a refund, clients must submit complete KYC documentation. Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original deposit method within seven (7) days, excluding any transfer fees.
